The Pongmat Shop
We started with an idea to make pong games more fun and entertaining, all while helping to keep the cups in order and protect tables from splashes. Our custom products are made from high quality silicone rubber, which is strong and durable. We make Pongmats in a variety of colors and designs, as well as bar mats, accessories and other gaming mats. One of our continual goals is to promote an official style of pong, and our mats accomplish this by helping people understand where to place cups for the various racks with a uniform set of rules. Hopefully one day soon we can host an official tournament sponsored by Pongmat!

Pongmat Designs and Prototypes
Designs for five different triangle pong mats. (Patterns: Hexagon, Line, Tile, Square, and Plain)

Note: The hexagon pattern triangle Pongmat prototypes, bar mat prototypes and several coaster designs are made from platinum cure silicone rubber in different colors and feature ultra-fine glitter.

Note: The molds used to make our prototypes are different sizes and are HDPE plastic. All of our current prototype molds are cut from 1 inch and .75 inch HDPE blanks with a Shapeoko CNC machine. The larger molds are only good enough for prototype production, while some of the smaller molds may be used for low quantity manufacturing with hand poured liquid silicone. For professional manufacturing, most of the Pongmat products can be made with standard bar mat material which is PVC rubber. However, our silicone designs feature ultra-fine glitter that makes the products really shine and glow, and is typically not available for manufacturing with PVC rubber.

Design Notes
Our 3D models are made with Shapr 3D and can be saved to several different file formats. Our design drawings are made with adobe illustrator and are vector files in PDF and AI format.
A few prototypes have been given away for promotions and product testing, but we do not have any sales yet.
If you are interested in purchasing and taking over this business I would be happy to answer any questions you have.
I do not intend to retain any ownership of the products or intellectual property, however there are a few designs that are unique and may benefit from design patents which is why they are not on the site at this time.
The sale price for the website and everything listed above is $125,000.
